Lent begins - Ash Wednesday, 5th March

Make a good start to Lent! There are special Eucharists for the day and the opportunity to receive the sign of the Cross in ash in both our churches: 10am in St. John's Church, Castleside; and 7pm in St. Cuthbert's Church, Shotley Bridge.
